1. Service
We manufacture a custom figurine from the customer's drawing and arrange delivery. The customer provides lawful materials and pays for the order.
2. Ordering
Before payment, the customer sees an approximate 3D preview, selects an option, provides delivery details, and accepts this offer. The contract begins when payment is confirmed.
3. Price and payment
The order page shows the total in rubles, including the product, discount, and delivery. Production begins only after payment confirmation.
4. Production and delivery
Normal production time is up to 7 business days. Delivery time depends on the region and carrier.
5. Custom variation
The preview is approximate. Thin elements may be reinforced and colors or shapes may vary slightly due to printing and screen display.
6. Rights and refunds
The customer confirms the right to use the drawing. Custom goods of proper quality cannot be returned solely due to a change of mind; defects are handled according to applicable law.
