1. Overview
This policy explains how Figurka processes data to create previews, accept payment, manufacture and deliver orders, provide support, and comply with law.
2. Data we process
Recipient name, phone, delivery address, uploaded drawing, character name, order notes, request metadata, browser identifier, and payment status without bank card details.
3. Storage and security
Personal data is stored on a server in Russia. Drawings and models are deleted 30 days after order completion. Order details are also stored in the user's browser localStorage and can be removed by clearing site data.
4. Data sharing
Required data may be shared with the payment provider, delivery service, production partner, and fal.ai for temporary preview processing, only as needed to provide the service.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, blocking, or deletion and may withdraw consent where continued storage is not required by law.
6. Analytics
The site uses Yandex Metrica to count visits, improve usability, and measure conversions, including successful payment without bank details. Session replay is enabled, but recipient name, phone, address, character name, and notes are excluded from recording. Yandex Metrica may store its own cookies.
